Facility Rental Opportunity
O’Grady Hall is open for use by Parishioners, school parents and recognized non-profit organizations. However, there are conditions that all above mentioned groups must comply with in order to use the facility.

Event must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance with the Business Manager, 310-322-4392 ext 442.
· Staff person must be present to open and secure premises at the start of the event, and to insure that facility is left in a clean and orderly fashion at the end of the event. Clean up is mandatory at the end of each and every event as other parties may be using the facility immediately thereafter.
· All individual users must sign a Waiver of Liability. Non-Profit Organizations must provide proof of insurance before the date of the event. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the event and the forfeiture of any and all monies paid.
· All damages to the facility and/or it’s equipment must be reported to the Business/Facility manager. The person or persons responsible for damage must reimburse Parish for said damages.
. Failure to comply with “Rules of Facility Usage” will result in additional charges to the user.
· These conditions are subject to change as needs arise.
