FACILITY USAGE POLICY

Parish Hall

The center is open for use by Parishioners as well as school parents. However, there are conditions that all above mentioned must comply with in order to use the facility.

· Event must be scheduled forty-eight hours in advance with Business Manager only (Steve Brueggeman, 310-322-4392 x442). No standing reservations.

· Staff person must be present to open and secure premises and to insure that facility is left as good as or better than found on the date of the event. Set up and clean up is mandatory as other parties may be using the facility.

· All individual users must sign a Waiver of Liability.

· All damages to the facility must be reported to the facility manager. The person or persons responsible for damage must reimburse Parish for said damages.

· A sign –in log is required for each event.

· A donation from individual users is expected to cover the cost of normal usage of utilities as well as to compensate the staff person at the event.

· These conditions are subject to change as needs arise.
